DILITHIUM

FARMING

GUIDE TO DILITHIUM FARMING:

Ways to farm Dilithium quick and easy by following the steps below:

Every mission in game rewards Dilithium in varying amounts. If you are leveling up a new toon this is probably the best way for you to rack up a fair amount of Dilithium early in game.

PvE Queues , now known as Task Force Operations (TFOs), is one of the main sources of Dilithium in-game. With TFOs, on top of earning Dilithium you can also earn marks and special rewards (i.e. Borg Neural Processors, Isomorphic Injectors, etc.) which can be converted into Dilithium as well. With the Introduction of the Random TFO system, this is now one of the quickest, if not THE quickest way to rack up Dilithium and Marks. With each Normal Random TFO, a player, in addition to their normal rewards from each Queue, can earn anywhere from an additional 50 marks of their choice along with an additional 500 Extra Dilithium for a Common Random TFO reward to an additional 250 Bonus Marks of their choice along with an additional 2,500 Dilithium for an Epic Random TFO reward. For the Random TFOs Advanced Counterpart, a player can earn anywhere from an additional 70 marks of their choice along with an additional 700 Extra Dilithium for a Common Random TFO reward to an additional 350 Bonus Marks of their choice along with an additional 3,500 Dilithium for an Epic Random TFO reward.

Battle zones are an amazing place to earn a ton of Dilithium. During a Dilithium Events throughout the year, the Dyson Ground Battle Zone is the best place to be to collect large amounts of Dilithium fast and easy. All other battle zones can also give a lot of Dilithium and is an amazing place to farm.

Continuing from our talk about PvE Queues, Reputation are also a great way to earn Dilithium. Daily project always rewards Dilithium but for those who hit their Tier 5 Reputations can continue to earn Dilithium through hourly reputation projects. Should all of your reputations run the hourly projects from Omega up to the Gamma Reputations, you could be looking at approximately 3,740 Dilithium per hour. It is a great way to passively earn Dilithium.

Finally, using marks and the special rewards will also grant you a large amount of Dilithium as well.

Admiralty is probably one of the best ways to farm for Dilithium. Not only do a lot of project reward Dilithium or Dilithium special reward packages, but for the Klingon and Ferengi Admiralty Tour of Duty 10 of 10 will rewards 30,000 Dilithium each and are repeatable.

Straight up Dilithium mining. You can go to the Vultga Asteroid field in the Bajoran sector of the Alpha Quadrant and do a daily mining mission; it will rack up about 1000 Dilithium (2000 during Dilithium events). The biggest Dilithium Mining area on the Asteroid field is the VIP Dilithium Mining Claim section, which can be gained through Lock Boxes but can be turned in for a chance to mine 5000 Dilithium (10000 during Dilithium weekends). If you don’t feel like mining, you can also turn in your VIP Dilithium Mining Claims for reduced Fleet or Reputation Dilithium of 2500 each.

NOTE: These numbers (i.e. 5000 and 10000) are based on getting over 695 points in the mining game

There are also two different missions at the Fleet Dilithium Mine to earn some extra Dilithium.

Every DOFF mission rewards dilithium. There are a few special DOFF missions that reward contraband. Turning in 5 contrabands to a security officer on either ESD or DS9 for FED, on Qo’Nos for KDF, or on New Romulus for ROM every 20 hours can earn you 2000 Dilithium.

NOTE: On the KDF side if you visit the Qo’Nos security officer you can also turn in prisoners for 1000 Dilithium.
