Noctis was the unofficial Co-leader of the first 1st fleet. He gained experience and then founded the klingon fleet, HOUSE vALHALLA. Once Ben left the game, Noctis took over as the Leader and began the 888 Empire expansion by acquiring numerous fleets and leveling them up to this point.

Ben is a long time Star Trek Online PC player. He is credited for naming the original fleet Vanguard Excalibur. He was Vanguard Excaliburs first official leader. He was credited with guiding the fleet through its first year of existence. He has long left the game but his legacy that he helped built stil stands tall today.
