Regulation 1

All fleet members are responsible for keeping track of there own total contributions made fleet holding projects. 

Regulation 2

All fleet members are responsible for contacting the appropriate Officer (as written the in-game FLEET INFORMATION AREA) for a Fleet Rank Promotion. 

Regulation 3

Access to Fleet Bank Items are based on your Fleet Rank. If your fleet rank allows you to remove an item from the Fleet Bank, no additional permission is required. 

Regulation 4

All Fleet members with the ability to promote other fleet members are allowed to do so. For the fleet member that is promoting another fleet member, keep in-mind there are fleet rank promotion criteria, please check to make sure that fleet member has met the crtieria before promoting.

Regulation 5

Any unresolved disputes between 2 fleet members regardless of rank can forward a request to a Fleet Rank 7 to help be an arbiter and help mediate a solution.

Regulation 6

Any unresolved disputes between a fleet member and a Rank 7, can ask for an outside arbiter to help mediate a solution.

Regulation 7

Penalties for disrespectful behavior will be determined by the Fleet Rank 7.
